Peace of mind

Clarity for you and your family

A prepaid funeral plan lets you discuss the funeral you want, record the agreed services and goods and make the financial arrangements in advance.

The plan can help reduce uncertainty for family members and protect the agreed pricing, subject to the written contract and its terms.

Final Embrace Funerals will explain the choices, costs, payment approach and investment information before a contract is signed.

Before you sign

Questions worth asking

  • Exactly which services and goods are included?
  • Which prices are fixed by the contract and which costs, if any, can vary?
  • How and where will the prepaid money be invested?
  • What administration, brokerage or other fees apply?
  • What happens if your wishes or circumstances change?
  • Can the plan be transferred if you move?
  • Who should keep a copy of the contract and know where it is stored?
  • What information will your family need when the funeral is required?
